Yovibe Stays is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and transparent experience for all guests. By staying with us or using our services, you agree to comply with the following policies and terms.
Hotel Policy
Tariff
Room and dorm charges are exclusive of applicable taxes and additional services. For detailed pricing, please contact the reception team.
Bill Settlement
All bills must be settled at the time of check-out. We accept UPI, cards, and online payments. Personal cheques are not accepted.
Luggage & Belongings
Yovibe Stays is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use lockers or secure storage where available.
Luggage Storage
Luggage storage is available at reception (subject to availability) and is provided at the guest’s risk for a maximum of 30 days.
Pets Policy
Pets are allowed at Yovibe Stays. Guests must inform in advance and ensure pets are well-behaved. Any damages or extra cleaning will be chargeable.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
Property Damage
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to property. Applicable charges will be levied.
Guest Conduct
Guests must maintain a respectful and friendly environment. Management reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct.
Visitors Policy
Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from reception and may incur additional charges.
Rights of Admission
Guests do not acquire tenancy rights. Management reserves full rights of admission.
Compliance
All guests must follow local laws and property rules.

Basic guest details are collected for booking and safety purposes.
Use of Information
Information is used for reservations, communication, and improving guest experience. With consent, it may also be used for marketing.
Data Protection
All data is stored securely and is not shared without consent.
Data Sharing
Data may be shared only with booking or payment partners, or when required by law.
Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for operations or legal compliance.

Check-In: 1:00 PM onwards (Valid ID required)
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Additional Rules
- Valuables should not be left unattended.
- Damage charges may be up to 3x repair/replacement cost.
- No sticking or marking on walls or furniture.
- Tariffs may change without prior notice.
- Advance payments may be non-refundable.
- Laundry service is available; in-room washing is not allowed.
Refund & Cancellation
Refunds are processed within 1–7 business days after cancellation. Cancellation charges depend on the booking source. Non-refundable bookings may not be eligible for refunds.
